Sociogram
A sociogram displays the relationships in a group or another system graphically. In particular, the sociogram can be used to show the relationship patterns between the persons involved in the problem context (closeness/distance; close, good, cordial, conflictual, neutral relationships).

The format can also be changed during an ongoing meeting. So if the discussion develops in an unexpected direction - no problem. Simply switch from a general meeting to coaching. This format change can be performed visibly for the other session participants, but may be done unobserved.
The process: move ahead!
Each format structures the associated online sessions through a process flow. Moderators, coaches or facilitators will be provided with an agenda that is always available to them, a suggestion for the flow of the session, the process.
The formats structure a session into individual phases that can be run through sequentially or iteratively. In each phase, a short description is available, containing information that should typically be taken into account during moderation.
For each phase, additional suggestions are made as to which tools can be used effectively. In this example the tools Home straight, Sociogram and System image are recommended.
Questionsets
In each phase, questions and hints are available that can be easily selected and individually adapted.
The tools: productive and creative
We have tailor-made tools for every format. Of course, there are also general-purpose tools such as whiteboards. You may already know similar digital whiteboards from other platforms. Ultimately, whiteboards have one big advantage: you can do almost anything with them. That's why whiteboards are also a good basis in most of our formats.
