I have long been engaged with alternatives to in-person coaching and their strong impact. Back then as now, simple phone and video conferencing solutions do not meet my standards. To provide coaches with evaluated, proven tools, I founded CAI in 2013: by coaches for coaches.
Prof. Dr. Elke Berninger-Schäfer
is a professor at HdWM (University of Applied Management in Mannheim), a graduate psychologist, Senior Coach DBVC, Senior Coach IOBC, trainer coach and supervisor.
As the owner of the Karlsruhe Institute with a focus on leadership, coaching and health, she offers advanced training and certificate programs for “Business Coach” and “Health Coach,” as well as in “Online Coaching” and “Leadership Online.” She is the founder and managing partner of CAI GmbH and co-editor of the first German-language scientific coaching journal Coaching|Theory and Practice (CTP). She is the author of numerous publications in the fields of coaching, leadership and health.
