Audio Communication
Benefit from voice communication that works directly in your sessions via your browser – without annoying phone calls or extra software. By simply activating your microphone, your voice is transmitted in real time – ideal for direct conferences and spontaneous discussion rounds.
Video Communication
Nothing replaces direct eye contact – and that’s exactly what we offer you. The integrated video connection of the CAI® World allows you to experience the person opposite you up close in a digital environment. Whether for intensive meetings, presentations, or informal team calls: our video function promotes personal interaction and strengthens trust among participants. For situations in which visual presence is not ideal, the camera can be turned off individually by participants or controlled by the moderator.

Everything in the Browser – No Installation Required
The internet standard WebRTC is used for transmission and encryption. Modern browsers (see system requirements) provide the necessary functions, so no additional installation is required. This typically ensures smooth use even in corporate environments.
International Collaboration Without Language Barriers
The CAI® World can be used fully in multiple languages.
Every user can individually switch the interface to German, English, French, or Spanish when entering the platform.
Not only the interface adapts – all integrated tools and question sets for coaches/leaders/trainers are also available in the selected language. This makes international collaboration simple and efficient for global coaching networks, intercultural team workshops, cross-border supervision, consulting in multinational organizations, expatriate support, and much more.
Ad-hoc Sessions and Group Sessions
In the CAI® World, sessions (also referred to as meetings, sessions, or rooms) form the shared workspace and function as the central communication hub for all participants. Two formats are available:
Ad-hoc sessions enable a quick and effortless start. They can be created with just a few clicks, shared via link, and participants can be admitted easily through a waiting room. This format is ideal for spontaneous coordination or an initial meeting to get acquainted.
Group sessions, on the other hand, are designed for continuous collaboration. Participants are assigned in advance and can enter the room independently at any time to prepare, follow up, or work on their own. Clients receive free personal accounts for this purpose, enabling active engagement even between joint appointments.
This creates an engaging working environment where no results are lost. All content can be accessed again at any time and seamlessly continued. In this way, CAI® World also provides optimal support for long‑term learning and development processes.
Breakout Sessions
The integrated breakout rooms enable productive work in small groups – ideal for online training, workshops, and coaching processes. Groups can be assigned automatically or manually. Each small group has access to the same interactive tools as in the main session. Tasks and results can be synchronized with the main room so that outcomes can be presented and further developed immediately. After the session, the breakout results can remain accessible as well. This creates a seamless, structured process – for maximum interactivity and sustainable success in digital formats.
